Back in 1926 Clarence Raymond was hired by a Federal agency group to take pictures of bank robbers when money loads came into town. On the few occasions that the robbers would get away, he would post their pictures up in other towns and were used by the local police and courts. Although Harris never carried a gun, he was in the middle of more than a few shoot outs. He was known as the Federal camera man. He would conceal his camera in everything from grain bags to baby buggies.

In 1988 FSC Inc. or Federal Security Camera Inc. was  formed by his grandsons and continue the tradition of protecting small and large businesses. Providing reliable service and quality product is still paramount.
